1Navigator
- this program is a small menu that resides above your start button
and has a variety of different subjects that links you to different sites
of interest. The server has been pretty streaky and unreliable, but
the taskbar menu is ready for download and is still in development, always
open to suggestions. Not sure what the payout scale is, but they
do have a referral program.
AllAdvantage
- this site offers an ad bar that sits can be placed anywhere on your desktop
and operates with IE and Netscape. I keep this one docked to my taskbar
and it takes up very little room. This one is also currently logging time
for members and has a pretty good hourly rate. NEW: AdvantagePlus for people
with over 20 referrals. If this applies to you, click here. If popularity
continues like it has been, they also may increase the maximum time you
can get paid per month.
AllCommunity
- This program has simply too many ways to get paid to summarize each
one. They do have an extended earnings potential if you are willing
to pay to get your membership upgraded, but BE CAREFUL! If you want
to do this, you need to do it within 10 days after you sign up for your
free membership. Basically, they pay to surf, read e-mail, and shopping
referrals. Very strong company that is also sending out their checks
now.
Aryval- This site is new, so most of the informational pages are not working yet. From what I can tell, they pay you 10% commission on purchases made by your direct referrals and 2% on your indirect referral network up to 6 levels. Their calculator is functioning so you can figure out your referral network earnings there. Products featured in this online community are very cleverly organized as "life products" to make all aspects of your life better. At least worth a look for their high quality merchandise.
Data-X
- This has to be one of the EASIEST paid to surf links on the Internet.
This site only has one downfall, if you want to call it that. It
is 100% reliant on your referral network. All you have to do is click
through their site to an interesting site 3 times a day and make $.01 for
each one. However, the relative ease of use should be a big attraction
to people who want to participate in these programs but don't want to have
to be committed or inconvenienced even a little. All you do is bookmark
the log in page and click through; it takes about 15 seconds. If
your referrals are numerous and even a little committed, it will be so
easy to make money! The 5 level referral program, like the rest,
adds up quickly. If you sign up, contact
me about helping you make money. Cooperation is the key.
The Deal Viewer - This site looks like it could be the better than anything else because it has everything the rest of them have: paid online time for you and 5 referral levels, but at the rate of $1.00/hr!!! They say the Deal Viewer will be ready for download bug-free very soon and will occupy very little desktop space. Personally, I will be very excited when I get the e-mail telling me this one is fully functional and ready for download! Get your referral network started today, because I'm sure this one will explode once it is released.
Desktop
Dollars - using the ProfitZONE, this site pays you for your time
online and 6 levels of referrals just to occupy a little space on the bottom
of your screen. Sign up now or check out the profit
calculator to see how much you can make. Should be ready for
download anytime now (as soon as the server's available) and doesn't even
require active surfing, just connection to the Internet. Currently
being featured by CNN on their website. Definitely a must have in
the referral program game!

Desktop Horizon - another site, but it has a referral program that has increasing hourly rates as it moves up down the referral pyramid. Pays $0.60/hr for you and $.05, $.05, $.05, $.10, $.15 for the five levels, respectively. Check out their calculator to figure out your earnings.
Dollar
Web - this European (French?) company has their adbar available
for download TODAY! Be paitent with the translation; I'm sure you
all can figure out what links to click on, even if it isn't English.
If you aren't sure, drop me a line. Don't miss out, this one is not
very popular yet and should be a piece of cake to build a referral network.
DotAd
- introduces "Harry", the friendly little dot that lives on your desktop
while you surf. This company has a profit sharing feature as a referral
program with no apparent limitations. Their philosophy on Internet Marketing
seems right on track to success. Looks like Harry has a new look: 
ePIPO -
they pay you $0.60/hr to surf the web and $0.10/hr for each additional
referral's online time out to 5 levels of referrals. Try their calculator
to see just how these referral programs grow exponentially. Have good library
of promotional tools at your disposal.
GoToWorld
- this site offers a browser with incorporated ad bar. The browser is actually
very well designed and offers some really cool plug-ins such as international
language translator, Internet radio capabilities, and an incorporated search
engine. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you sign up for this site right away! This one
is functional and is paying out, so the word is spreading QUICKLY!
This site has just finished major remodeling over Labor Day weekend and
is now running with very infrequent problems connecting.
It Ads UP - new paid to surf program with a downloadable ad bar available in a few weeks. Pays .50/hour for you, .10/hour for referrals, and .05/hour for indirect referrals up to four levels. Make sure you get into this one now, because something on the ground floor like this one makes it easy to get referrals. Obvious to anyone who tries to get GotoWorld or AllAdvantage referrals anymore. The established ones are more attractive, but the new ones provide the best opportunity for referrals.
PayBar
- Here's a functional program that runs internally with an adbar and URL
director. They will pay you $.40 for every 1000 ads you view.
For every person you refer they will pay you $.10 for every 1000 ads your
referrals view, and for every person your referral refers up to four
levels deep you will receive $.05 for every 1000 ads they view.You get
paid to enter in URLs into this box, but it confines your activity to one
window (hard for people like me who enjoy crashing their computer with
too many windows). There is a way you can link this one by first
using Spedia's URL box to log into PayBar and earn Spedia credit with the
PayBar box. I don't use this one all that much, so I don't know if
it works. Just what I've been told.
Prize Window - another new paid to surf adbar program with a referral tree. Server is also not very reliable right now. If you do get in, please use my personal e-mail: enterlinewj@yahoo.com as your referral ID so I get credit. More info. on the way when I can get in, but I think this one will be online and ready for download soon.
Save By Surf - this site is definately going to take some investigating. It is written entirely in German and I had to guess at the translation for most of the sign up page. If you're feeling good about your German skills or have a good translator, sign up and let me know what it's all about.
SharkHunt- London-based company that pays 25p/hr for you and 10p/hr, 5p/hr, 5p/hr, and 5 p/hr down the referral levels. The service is not yet available internationally, but the referral program is currently being built for Europe and North America. I don't know the currency conversion, but if I find out I will update the rates.
Spedia
- This program is currently available! They have a individually registered
pop-up window you can use to browse the Internet and get paid to visit
your favorite destinations. They also have an ad banner that resides
within your active browser that pays you. They continue to pay you
with their referral program by giving you 25% of the ad points your referrals
earn doing the same activities. To further increase your earnings
potential, they offer URL redirect for webmasters so everytime a person
clicks on ANY link on your website with the special code attached, you
get paid! UPDATE: Paying out $.51/hour for unlimited
surfing points in September. No telling what October has in store!
Surfing2Cash- Their referral program has a very similar pay scale to the other sites listed here, but offer extra incentive to get referrals with their Preferred, Executive, and Senior member status. A promotion to the next status means you get an extra level of referrals available for you to make money with their "Cash Console".
SurfMiles - For this one, please enter: WESLEY1 in the referral box when signing up. Features the CashBox, another ad banner programs that pays you to for your online time. Use their calculator to see how many "pounds" you can make in your referral network. This company also offers "surf miles" that they pay you for money you spend at other companies online. I'm not sure what the conversion is as this is a English company, so they pay surfmiles by the pound or 5 pounds. Their referral program streches down 5 levels and surf miles can be redeemed for cash.
Universal
Science - this online marketplace pays you $.05 to click through
banners, links, and to receive freebies. You also earn 20% commission
on all purchases made in the community by you or any of your referrals.
Also offers a free e-mail address to their members. Also a potential
to receive free shares after Sept. 30 if you are a member of their Pay/Surf
program. They are currently in stage 1 and offer earnings through
their demo with an upgrade to stage 2 real-time tracking coming early next
year. Ground floor opportunity here!!
UtopiAD - features the CashBar, their version of the ad bar that looks quite similar to AllAdvantage. They pay in percentages with you earning 40% down to four levels for your referrals at 10%, 5%, 2%, and 1%. Should be ready for download September 29. Just rated one of the top 1000 most popular websites with 500,000 users. Get into this program now while it is taking off!

Money For Mail - This pay to read program pays you points, anywhere from $.25 to $2.50, to read e-mails and click through a link at the bottom of the message. Pays 5% of your referral's earnings to you. These points are redeemable for cash or stock shares when the company has their IPO to go public. Just fill out the demographic forms and get ready for the e-mail. They also have some great resources on credit management and loan offers, most particularly information geared towards college students and credit dummies like me.
Send More Info - This site offers a program to get paid to read e-mail and also has a e-mail sending program. By buying e-mail points, you can send out mass mailings to members that are getting paid to receive e-mail. So, in theory, you can read as much e-mail as it takes to have any mailings you have with them pay for themselves. Great idea to build a good referral base in their affiliate program or the rest of your referral programs, for that matter.
Total E-mail - This site pays on a flat-rate percentage program starting with 20% of advertising revenue to you and 5% to the 5 levels of your downline. They also offer a pay premium membership that has very impressive percentages and an extra referral level to build. They use a forced matrix system, eliminating lopsided referral matrixes.
Trespass.net
- This site offers full-featured web based e-mail and they give you 1000
points for sign-up. Then you get 5 points for every e-mail you send,
1 point for direct referrals, and .5 point for indirect referrals.
They pay table isn't the most profitable, but if you get into the habit
of using it frequently or offer it to people that need web based e-mail,
it still has pretty good earnings potential. I have recently figured out
a very easy way to use this program and make mega points and eventually
